One bank (the one saying 4.25%) said it is also confusing since all conventional loans are funded by fannie mae / freddie mac etc. and the interest rates shouldn't vary much at all.

I'll have him work on a product line of solid inexpensive massage/stretching devices that primarilly function by floors, walls, ceilings, doorways and basic furniture that has been passively developing in my head over the few years that I've been dealing with a lot of stress related muscular pain, not to get personal but maybe I may have run into this fellow for another purpose than so far assumed.

I suppose the other members won't need a business phone number becuase I'll be responsible for management, but I could see the situation arising where I forward the number to a partners phone if I need to leave town for a couples days, or allow them to "log-in" to the phone service from their device.
