Thank you @Scott Mac -that is an interesting website for historic local documents. 

This section on "Controlling Ring Devices With Users and Roles" makes it seem like I can have an Owner role while giving tenants a Shared User role.

I use many applications on these devices, making sure that I'm able to use all of my apps on all three devices.

Posting on mobile device is harder than I thought, sorry for the messy above post.I screen roommates harder than ordinary tenants.

I have friends who are blind, they scan documents in a computer to make the printed word audible or use a device that enlarges documents to the point where they can read them.

@Scott Mac cat is not an option.  

I suppose the other members won't need a business phone number becuase I'll be responsible for management, but I could see the situation arising where I forward the number to a partners phone if I need to leave town for a couples days, or allow them to "log-in" to the phone service from their device.

@Scott Mac having run about several 1000 of these I can tell you with certainty that this is not the car.

@Nidal Daraiseh  If you happen to put one of your STRs in Gatlinburg, it would be really neat to have a fully functional Gatlin gun as an amusement device in the back yard. 

They are basically a medical device that is required by their disability to live in their apartment - in spite of - their disability.
