Not to mention that 2023 has been a pretty horrible year for Disney and Florida tourism generally.We're holding on to these for at least a little while longer to see what happens. 

Yes, I’ll still have an emergency account in a separate bank in the early years, but this WL thing is all part of a larger strategy – which is to fund my own life, have money access TODAY, protect this money, and leave legacy money to future generations.So, the true number is that I’m paying 26k of my own cash, to get 17,500 in immediate cash value for year one… that looks horrible at first glance to anyone with or without a calculator… but this will be the absolutely worst year from the first glance view.  

Philadelphia has horrible landlord tenant laws some possible places in rought places like Allentown.  

At a minimum she has horrible judgement in selecting boyfriends/roomates.I would consult an attorney.

These have been a life saver to me for a quick same-day repair or even to get through a rental inspection or make ready while waiting on ordered windows (lead times are horrible right now).

True, you just need to look at a dozen or so foreclosures to see what horrible work people do on their own homes, and you know they will be even less careful on someone else’s.

Everything you mentioned to me sounds atrocious, and no offense but flat out stupid-- door knobs are $8,  and you can get 30-minute mud for drywall that's another $8, the caulk thing is horrible! 

That's incredibly horrible policy and the after effects will impact tenants who refuse to pay their rent. 

I am in NYS - which has become HORRIBLY landlord negative since 2019.
