Hi, I looking to buy used salon in the Austin metro area and I wonder if any realtor in the Austin/Round Rock area knows the price they charge to represent tenant on retail lease and perform sale contract.Represent tenant is mean to renegotiate with a landlord for better terms and stuff.

Just move on.There's a lot more verification that could be done to sift down through this but I think you would waste a lot of time and wind up in the same place anyway.And remember, anyone with some skills in Word or Publisher software can create all kinds of fancy-dancy documents proving stuff.

My job for this investor (who is an agent and interior designer) was serving as an analyst, constructing proformas, consulting on my opinion on macroeconomic markets and outlooks for real estate, consulting on microfinancial decisions (I am an Economics major with a specialization in International Macro-Finance & Econometrics), and managing day to day duties of rehabs on site.

If it's just regular maintenance stuff, I would pay for it.

or make sure you get a full inspection on the property, but you will have to pay someone to fix and repair stuff, so it is easier to buy new construction. 

I don't even know loan officers that know that stuff.

Don’t expect to get close to the same rents as the new stuff if you are buying class-c property.
