Hi, I looking to buy used salon in the Austin metro area and I wonder if any realtor in the Austin/Round Rock area knows the price they charge to represent tenant on retail lease and perform sale contract.Represent tenant is mean to renegotiate with a landlord for better terms and stuff.

Just move on.There's a lot more verification that could be done to sift down through this but I think you would waste a lot of time and wind up in the same place anyway.And remember, anyone with some skills in Word or Publisher software can create all kinds of fancy-dancy documents proving stuff.

or make sure you get a full inspection on the property, but you will have to pay someone to fix and repair stuff, so it is easier to buy new construction.
