Sell so much stuff that the kids are worried they'll be next.

What kinda stuff is Airbnb trying to pull?

No private money is doing that type of stuff with regards to the terms. 

Some of the best stuff in life just happens on accident I guess.

My wife puts all of our personal stuff just in her name (house, cars, any other major purchases) so my DTI is free for investment purchases! 

I've heard nothing but good stuff about them.

Goo gone is the oily stuff. 

With International travel coming back along with Covid levels going down (hopefully it stays this way), I would think more optimistically.

They steal stupid stuff like people's flip flops. they party late into the night on weekdays. they behave as if residents are there solely to facilitate their good time and buttonhole them for information and directions when they're out walking their pets. they tailgate at the beach access because the hosts are too cheap to pay the association dues. they trespass on resident's property to fish and sightsee then become belligerent when asked to leave. etc etc etc.It really does degrade the character of the neighborhood and the experience of living here during the high season.  

Then, figure out how you can bring value to them (drive for dollars, help manage a renovation, possibly intern with them); whatever you can offer so they will mentor you on how to get to where they currently are.
