I called a plumber company - rotor rooter, the technician was able to get some stuffs out but not all, those stuff were a combination of tampons and wipes, while the tenants agreed to use the wipes instead of toilet paper his wife denied flushing tampons down the bathroom.

They'll simply have to sign a corporate resolution before close (signed by all members) stating that they approve of this particular transaction and all agree to give "____" signing authority on behalf of the entity.Pretty basic stuff.
