Unbelievable how hard it is to try to rent something over the winter in Chicagoland!!

There is so much more I want to learn, and when I stumbled upon BP, it was almost unbelievable the amount of information I have watched/listen to/read so far this week, and still tons more to go.

The property doesn't fit our acquisition criteria, but we were considering the idea of wholesaling it to an organization that specializes in providing housing for recovering addicts or something similar.  

Though I'm still keeping my eyes ears and options open just in case that unbelievable deal comes along..I'm using this time to learn from the experts, networking, and practicing with BP's analytical tools with the properties now on the market...you never know...good luck to you too....z,  y

I never had a claim and it just makes your place more expensive to rent.Not having Internet may be a deal breaker for people that are addicted to the internet.I checked and there are only 2 other listings in your area.

I am mostly invested in the Cape but they are doing everything possible to hurt investors and their taxes are unbelievably high.

Unbelievable....................how anyone can do business out there is beyond me.  

It is addictive and I am onto the third/fourth/fifth deals now. 

Then it is purely addictive.
