@Gary Lucido  well depends on if your the one knocking down the 500k a year or better I am sure they think they are worth it.. my wife does about 300k part time and I know she thinks she is worth it .. and I certainly do.. she gets all her business from referrals.. so know the public loves her... more honorable than what I see happens in the wholesale sell real estate without a license activities that are so touted on many sites..

I agree with this 100%, but the difference is when I rehabber makes this mistake they lose money, when a wholesaler makes the same mistake they go around touting the mistake and waste peoples time…that is why people are more easily frustrated.

There are many companies at least in my area that offer plain jane windows installed at a great price.I always put the energy effiecient window in because for the extra $70/window it is a great selling feature and is even better for getting higher rent as you can tout lower cost utilities and comfort factor.

just like those touting overages and how to get rich doing that just pay 20k for our class.. half the states or counties in the US don't allow it or only allow a very small fee.. of course they never teach that part..
