Not trynna reinvent the wheel.

After seeing hundreds of transactions over the past 4 years and interacting with a variety of investors in our local market, why reinvent the wheel?

No reason to reinvent the wheel, I'd say they have already established the best information to obtain for a buyer.

My point was, if you suddenly have to reinvent yourself because you’re unemployed, newly married, without kids, and your job won’t come back anytime soon if ever, it sounds like a great time to go where you’ll be happy and find something you’ll be happy doing.  

My advice would be don't try and reinvent the wheel unless you're VERY familiar with this new market that no one knows about.

I'd rather not reinvent the wheel.

They've reinvented their economies pretty successfully but jobs still skew lower wage.
