Funny because I was coming down from checking on a listing in the mountains yesterday and noticed a big RV that has been parked at one of the neighbors lots for a few months with people obviously camping there, and I thought of this thread.

I've noticed investors finding some promising opportunities there despite the current rates, partly because of strong rental demand and growth potential.At the end of the day, it's about aligning with your long-term goals and comfort level.

I also notice a lot of the school systems are not rated that well.

I noticed you're interested in Cleveland market, I personally love the market because of its cash flow.

If they're not current they get a notice. 

Thanks I did not even notice you in this picture jay :) As others mentioned, finding a partial buyer is hard because person needs to also trust you.

Perhaps their lease term isn't up or maybe they were not given proper notice to end their tenancy.

Which in NY means like 3 months of notices and then a court case and an additional two weeks past that even if you win. 

Water damage never happens in small amounts, until its noticed and by that point it's typically a larger job than $1200.
