The customer always thinks they're right and they're used to dealing with customer service reps from large corporations like Amazon etc. and don't always understand the perspective of the host as an actual person. 

I have a Roth IRA and I own rental properties and the equity within the rental properties I own far exceed the value of my Roth IRA and for further perspective, I started the IRA years in advance to ever investing in real estate.

It requires a higher down payment and remote management, which can be harder without a strong team.House hacking with a VA loan is better for hands-on management; DSCR is great if you're ready to start from a distance.From a tax perspective, if you intend to qualify as REPS or have material participation in STR, being overseas will prevent that.

I've considered dropping everything that I'm doing and starting fresh in a new job that will help me learn more.

Dissolving the LLC would require starting over with a new entity, which can be more time-consuming and may reset any business credit you've already established.To change the name, you can file an amendment with the Wyoming Secretary of State, which is straightforward and keeps the LLC intact while giving you a fresh identity.

I would love to hear others' perspectives on what to do.
