You typically need up to two years of stable employment before a bank will loan to you.

I was doing some research yesterday, a typical wildfire generates radiant heat of about 1,500F and with high winds can reach up to 2000F. 

Expect rates to be higher than "typical" financing programs - right now, I'd plan for at least 8%+ depending on the whole scenario. 

Neither have time for manual follow-up, paper Contracts, telephone interviews and other procedural steps typically required to complete a deposit and booking.

Does anyone have any insight into what these types of businesses are typically looking for in a partner and what I should be doing to make my space a good fit for them?
