I hope that you all seek the advice of an attorney and take everything that you get from these posts with a grain of salt.There is a ton of great information here, but there are also a very limited number of posts that give blatantly wrong information.Please be careful -- you can get yourself in a lot of hot water if you listen to the wrong advice.

I tried creating logos from many different artists and no matter what I paid almost every one was blatantly plagiarized from a preexisting logo or they used a "logo generator" to give me the content.Plus, they frequently recycle logos.

He likes to blabber and chit chat and dawdle (he's a great guy, an OK landlord, and a nice chap to be around) ...but he says he prefers this way....He probably prefers this because it gives him an opportunity to do a quick inspection of the place - to see if any blatant damage occurred, and to see if grass is being cut, and to see if he needs to do any maintenance or repairs.

I know quite a few people who would blatantly laugh in the face of that assumption, as it has been proven false with their own investments.

So yes, I make money off particular providers, but I'd be impressed if you can find somewhere where I've ever blatantly told someone they should buy one particular thing from a particular provider, with the underlying reason being I'd make money off of it.

This is a red flag for me as I assume if he blatantly cheats in his business and on his taxes, etc., there is a good chance he will cheat the landlord as well.Would this be enough for you to reject the application based on not having documented income, or would you consider him under certain circumstances?
