I would say those would be fairly common terms to find.

This is actually fairly common in North Metro ATL. 

It is shocking to know that my suspicion for a long time seems a common practice. 

It groups all the common properties in tight sq ft ranges, and only analyzes one range at a time. 

You will also learn a ton of things that investors need to know by taking the class because the class to get your license isn't solely about working as an agent, it's about understanding real estate and the pitfalls.

There are multiple kinds of popcorn ceilings, multiple textured finishes that have been used over the years in common residential building applications.

And are video walkthroughs becoming more common or do they not provide enough value or ROI?

The most common concern i was trying to address is taking advantage of an unsophisticated borrower and obtaining their property with equity in it, without adequate consideration.

What worked well,  what professionals helped you,  what were pitfalls,  what did you miss, what would you do differently,  etc.  

All of this to say, I’m curious of others experiences selling by owner, and potential hurdles/pitfalls I should be aware of.
