Think this through: if you have to take this case to a judge because you suspect shady things have happened and/or are happening on your property, that's the first thing the tenant will point out.

I suspect though there are some that are angrier than hornets and will not take lightly to being so thoroughly lied to and cheated. 

I suspect youd probably think every property I own is a bad deal even though Ive made millions investing in those properties.

@Luis Barrios I know for a fact that both I and @Frank Patalano regularly meet with other investors such as yourself, so while I can't speak for him, I know that I'd be happy to get together, and I would strongly suspect Frank would as well based on past behavior :)As far as other groups if you can't wait a few weeks until the next RIREIG meeting, I don't know of any others in Rhode Island but there are a few in Massachusetts such as Black Diamond REI.
