I am a KW agent who is largely mobile due to the fact that the nearest KW office is 30 miles away.

We are closing on a South Alabama MHP purchase this month, and forming a separate LLC just to own/repair/rent/sell the mobile homes.  

These lower end properties with mobile homes have some down side (only If you don't know what you're doing) ,this strategy elements that. 

If I could find a local bank that is easy to use with good mobile and electronic banking systems along with a physical local office, all the better.

For mobile home parks, most people are using METRON.4) Do you really want to get involved in all this or just raise the rent accordingly?

I keep hearing about how great mobile home parks are. 

The room requirements would be very minimal so there will be no need for any amenities outside of the basic living condition.I've been searching the area for anything between motels, mobile parks or any large office/multiple use dwelling that could accommodate such a requirement.

24 SFHs, 1 LLC, 1 checking account, 1 spreadsheet, 1 commercial policy, 1 old pick up truck, 1 mobile phone.
