Hey guys I was wondering if you have any websites or apps I can use to type in ZIP Codes and see if the area I’m looking at is good or bad.

Wells Fargo does not have the best reputation right now...If you go to findamortgagebroker.com and punch in your zip code, you can get info of some in your area.

It would be a solid year round rental and you would be starting out with a new Dade county building code home.

This is in a fine zip code, but not the most desirable neighborhood.

If it's a one-bedroom you may have fire hazard remedies and code violations you could cite, but if it's a two-bedroom and there is room, is it a big deal if the tenants are good tenants who pay on time?

Also, revealed details of contents could have lead this person to share info with someone else, would may have took the opportunity to break into the home.Obviously, the buyer is extremely upset as well as my family because our personal business was shared with people that was not a party to the transaction, which should violate some code conduct.My question is: can someone point me to a standard of conduct or ethical information that would explain the recourse or ramifications for this type of activity by this appraiser.I’ve searched high and low, but I haven’t found anything.

@Richard Merkuris some one from your specific area will have to answer or you need to look up local zoning code. 

If you don't want to get too involved, put a gate across the driveway with a pin-pad access code and only provide the code to the people that pay for the garage.
