However I need to add that it has been a constant and continued battle every month to get their statement straight :missing note(s), adjusted interest rate increase based on overall portfolio investment amount not paid, issues on re-investment dates ...The communication with their consultant is fine, however he appears to have to power to get things corrected once and for all.

It will track times / dates / IP Addresses / etc.Some real estate transactions such as short sales will not allow digital signatures as the banks want "wet" signatures (signatures signed in person by pen).I hope this is helpful.

If you really want to get specifIc and use a spreadsheet to determine the exact number of days for your investment, enter your purchase date in one cell, the closing date in another cell and in a third cell, subtract the two dates to determine the exact number of days you had your money invested.
