Thinking of giving 40% towards cost of building of kitchen and grease trap but that will be spread over the 5 years term in the form of credit back to each month rent but not sure if this is reasonable or not?

I am wondering if it makes sense to remove all of the window and door trim as well as the base moldings before I texture all the walls in my rehab project.

Waiting for it to drop is like throwing money out the window.... 

He tried to punch his way thru their basement window, got cut up badly, and came over to our house and bled all over the back porch and pounded on the door hollering.
