That's a problem I'm finding with STRs, is that they need to be relatively close so I can furnish the properties to get them onto the market quickly.I'll definitely be checking out those tools.

I am glad this worked for you, but you are implying that following the same strategy that worked in 2020 will work the same in 2024, while ignoring the rate increases, rent increases, exponential increases in furnishings, the maturation of the STR market and increased competitiveness that brings.Realistically, if we only look at 2020 to 2023, the best strategy would be to buy *anything* decent on the MLS and hold for two to three years.

Another tip is to look at the available by dates when looking at comparable properties on Furnished Finder.

Here's mine:PMS: HospitableListings:- Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com (all connected through Hospitable)- Apartments.com- Furnished FinderPayment Processing: I'll use the payment processing on whatever platform I get a booking on, except for direct bookings, in which case I'll use Charge Automation (Stripe is the underlying payment processor we're using with Charge Automation).Smart Pricing: I've been using Beyond pricing, but they charge you for direct bookings and make you submit an excel file at the end of each month indicating which bookings are direct and shouldn't be billable.
