Our Patrol Officers sometimes look very militaristic (but not always).And like the old song says, Michigan seems like a young man's dreams; the islands and bays are for sportsmen (in other words Deer Hunting and Fishing are always a good conversation starter when traveling there).There is an open hunting season at all times on public and private land from August 1st through March 31st every year. 

So for example, when I explain to her that some "assets" (like a personal residence) can actually be detrimental to our finances and some "liabilities" (like leveraged debt) can actually be beneficial to our finances she doesn't immediately try to check me into the nut house. 

It was spread across several hundred units - half of which we recently sold because we felt markets were getting nuts again.

An experienced person specifically like me can walk in, cut through the crap and drill down to the nuts and bolts and figure it all out and if there is a deal to be had put it together.  

That would drive me nuts as a contractor.

He could just be a concerned citizen with the neighborhood or a RAMBO nut job wacko wanting to relive his glory days ( if he ever had them to begin with !

They'd come fishing for higher offers even though they had highest and best in front of a large audience.

This is my 4th Section 8 tenant so things are going great but this one was a bit nuts.

The sole purpose of this is to setup a phone call for a fishing expedition to determine how much liquid cash or credit the prospective student has available and then to go for all of it which is why there is no set price to join the Rhino Group and why you'll be hard pressed to find two people who've paid the same amount.
