What I never understood with some seller finance sellers is that their buyer could not qualify for a traditional loan, yet the owner of the house feels comfortable enough to lend to these same buyers?

I have 2 mortgage which is 50% of my W2 income (i donot feel its good idea to give exact figures in open forum).

Unfortunately, the registration system wasn’t quite finished, and we didn’t feel comfortable launching it before having a chance to test it internally.
