The MF market in central to northern CT appears to be isolated to a few towns such as Enfield, Windsor Locks, New Britain, West Hartford, and Middletown.I would love feedback on where people are getting good cash flow, where the tenant retention is solid, how people are finding deals, and really any other lessons learned in this market.Thanks in advance for how supportive you guys are to the newbies such as myself.Eric
