Rental price won't be as high as Orlando or other bigger nearby cities but is rising and I enjoy investing in lake county because the prices are still affordable for me and rent prices still provides a good cash on cash return at a decent cap rate if you invest right and run your numbers.

20k for furniture is too high for an STR.
