Hello Fellow Landlords,I purchased a two family residential property (vacant) that has a commercial unit on the property but complete separate (occupied by a pet grooming store).

I use an app tellusapp.com (it’s called Tellus in the App Store), it’s good for small medium landlords in particular because it automated a lot of things and gives you services for free that you usually have to pay for (like rent collection, tenant screening, syndicating listings).

Take notes, and create a system to store their contact information and investment criteria.

To find a matching wood that would look relatively similar would be quite easy, even a big box store might have matching wood.
