I doubt it.As far as the DODD FRANK ACT goes, yes, that was quite the gut punch, but we in the Mortgage Industry who are still standing have and deal with the crushing over-regulations every day.But this Realtor Rebate thing is a whole new threat gathering steam against the Mortgage Industry and I'm arming myself to the teeth with my Rebate Realtor partners to deal with what's ahead!

With the return of rent-control regulations that came into play last summer, I'm not sure how much of a rent increase he would be able to command if the existing tenant returned  (That would be more in Thomas' wheelhouse).

I use to send out thousands of over-sized postcards to entire zip codes for 12 cents each through the USPS Bulk Mail Department, but that was 5 to 8 years ago.I had to buy a bulk mail permit for I think around $300 per year, a rubber stamp with my permit number, and then learn their strict mailing rules and regulations.It was a lot of work and took a team of 3 people to put together three 5,000 piece mailings, but I did end up getting a $30,000, $53,000 and a $108,000 deal.
