I am planning on putting it on Furnish Finder but would like recommendations on other platforms. 

Also, monthly furnished rentals in Norfolk and Portsmouth is very successful.

Hello all, I am getting ready to list my property on furnished finder and was wondering for the lease portion if y’all just use furnished finders template of a lease or do you have custom templates drawn up by your lawyers?

Hi Eric - I recommend checking out Furnished Finder, VRBO and Airbnb (30 + day stays) and local Facebook groups to see how much competition there is for what you're offering.

Anyone have experience with this company? They offer a great airbnb estimator at https://awning.com/airbnb-esti... and talk big game when it comes to property management. Curious if anyone's used them before. 

Hey everyone, has anyone used Furnished Finder and if so did you have any luck?

I thought that doing arbitrage and cohosting was a good idea close by where I could easily drive and furnish and clean/find cleaners myself, but maybe I will expand my search and try arbitrage from a distance (if that is even possibly)@Michael Baum Thanks for the insight.
