The paid plans would seem more reliable at 3 months and 12 months old. 

I plan on holding my cabins for 30-40 years so I'm not worried about what happens over the next 18 months.

I have seen a lot of floor plans that are actually very nice and form the inside you cannot even tell its a MFH!

That's really expensive for any type of hold (rental property) - but maybe feasible for a short term flip.
