I'm not sure if it's locked or not.Do I have rights to remove the junk?

Instead, you want to use the BRRRR strategy of finding a distressed property, buying lower to create locked-in value, rehabbing, renting and then refinancing?

Their goal in life is apparently to be choking in personal debt until they die, locked in jobs they not-so-secretly despise, praying life doesn't throw a curve ball at them that they can't handle.So ultimately, Chris, if you just resolve not to be like my acquaintances, not to allow yourself to even think about going near that version of the future of yourself, you've got a better shot than most people.

If you aren't feeding a GC two or three sizable jobs at a time its hard lock them down.

Also, my 120 day price lock with my builder is looming, so I need to get a move on or else I'll be hit with a price increase. 

Change the locks, and if you're going to be spending a lot of money in there you might want to think about a portable house alarm.
