We've been fortunate enough to have done this type of thing several times so we pretty much knew what was needed... and were lucky enough to get our permit without having an engineers letter...

Several weeks ago I read two separate emails announcing that the "X" real estate club(s) had shut down and that there would be no more meetings. 

A couple things to consider:Your inspection is going to cost a fortune, but you must do it. 

I was fortunate that I didn't lose them!
