In the long run, affordability of housing for renters occurs as new housing gets built. 

A thought occurred to me.

It is unfortunate that this occurred.

When they fix things it appears they put bandaids on leaks and the same problems continue to occur, even though I am always authorizing them to fix things to perfection and spend the extra money, I want to take good care of my tenants and my properties.

There is a slight of hand occurring here and that is why people feel like they are missing something.

All parties must be provided notification that a 1031 is occurring. 

A trustworthy sponsor will do their best to improve a property and fix problems when they occur (and they will occur) so their investors will get the best possible returns and they will build long term relationships with investors. 

The challenge I see with a newer homebuyer is that because they don't understand the process, they immediately think the worst will occur. 

I would like to mention that normally these loans are accessible to people with pre-existing relationships with banks hence it is always better to get a warm introduction from a seasoned investor to that local bank.In addition, I do know of a real estate meet up occurring in the Worcester area soon.
