So, I make sure I set aside one hour a day to listen to something positive, read something positive and/or about real estate or finance; watch You Tube videos of motivational speakers (i,e., Eric Thomas, Bloomberg Game Changers, etc.) or sermons from TD Jakes.

Hey Account Closed allow me to give you a few points:First off good for you to start thinking ahead at such a young age...most teens are thinking of the newest video game or who's party they're gonna crash Saturday night.

Do I receive video of my pre and post make ready?

I personally do not see another crash like we had ( and especially violent in your area ) in a long time if ever for the following reasons.1. to many investor regardless of this thread are paying cash ( close to 50% of them)2.

Why not request a video of the property from the Realtor and talk to the neighbors to get some more information.

You still need to screen potential tenants to make sure they are not crazy or violent and would not care what happens.
