Looking into building my next Empire in multi family, I have been networking heavily with high school and college friends that have spent there career in the space.  

I have a dilemma:  I have a 15 year old BMW that now costs more in upcoming maintenance than the car is worth so it's time to get rid of it.

Being an agent is short term for me, simply something to pay the bills and fund my investment career.

Specifically in Tulsa and also the Norman area.I have an upcoming refi as well as an initial purchase, both single family homes, in Tulsa.

I simply don't have the time for 60 questions from someone I don't know is going to buy can buy will buy.. as agents we only have our time to sell.. we are not obligated to provide detailed due diligence for clients or potential clients at least agents that are busy and successful.. you may find a some one who is on the front end of the career more willing to spend hours answering your questions or running things down for you.

Have to cover PITI on vacant unit until tenants are found.What do you think would be the best scenario for the next step in my investing career?

I’m up in Washington state, about to move to Dallas this summer hopefully with a small chunk of change made from an upcoming real estate deal.
