If you think you need to try and hide your identity, go for it.

When I do that for my house, the website gives me an identical set of numbers to the paper tax bill that I got in the mail.You should also get a statement from Jackson County in about the middle of the year that tells you what your property tax bill is *probably* going to be.

Hello,I came across a single-family home in a decent neighborhood that's not being cared for, but it does look like there are people living there.After some initial research, it looks like the person who owned the home was indicted on wire and identity fraud to obtain multiple fraudulent mortgages.

My family owns it free and clear and we currently rent it for $1,200 a month, which is a steal in the Seattle market place. 

Preferably heavy duty and hard to steal, although I would discourage cash anyway.

To do otherwise would lead me to be in the identical position as the OP and her broker...flummoxed.

Austin has an identity problem....they're not San Fran and they so want to be.  

This includes the price of materials and labor to build an identical house on an identical plot of land, given current market forces for material and labor.I find this method the least helpful of the methods in my personal ventures.  

Or is that pretty much identical?
