Is it common to use a buyer broker/agent when purchasing apartment buildings?

Robuilt has started a creative finance camp just for STR, and of course everyone knows about Pace Morby. 

Everyone has their own number here but I'd say start with 15% gross rents and see how that treats you for a couple years.

I am starting a park that will end up with roughly 20-25 lots on plot of land that's roughly 20 acres (including an existing 4/2 house).

I would like to pull out some equity from my primary property so I can start investing in real estate, but my house is in need of some renovation.

The house will be vacant starting September 2024. 

Don't over build for the community you're in.

We need to build more of those again. 

I am currently building a property and realized that that taxes from the sale are going to be substantial so I considered doing a 1031 then getting into multiple smaller properties then rent them out.
