-Try doing community events (Think holiday events)-Handle Maintenance requests quickly and swiftly (Have a process in place)-If Possible offer additional amenities (Washer/Dryer or toilet upgrade in units may seem costly but can reduce overall costs by driving water costs down)

Typically I would visit twice per month, run hot and cold water in all fixtures; flush all toilets; operate on a short cycle, the dishwasher and washing machine; check all rooms for anything out of place or signs of leaks or other issues (many were condos, affected by issues in other units); if they had a car, I would take the car out for a 15 minute drive and handle registration renewals and safety checks when due; some properties we needed to coordinate pre and post cleaning when Client was going to visit.

Something about it all really says "peace", something enjoyable to wake up to every morning and look forward to (not the toilet calls.. you get the point) Like I mentioned with my job, I look to get my first rental (which would actually be my ACTUAL first house) I still live with my parents as of this (I am fortunate to have a position I have) but I really want my own life, and finally begin this journey I say I want so much.
