To make them match I had a cabinet shop build a few doors that matched the "new" used cabinets I added to the kitchen.

Ive shopped around they are all around the same higher interest rate.

However, i want to shop around with different lenders to see who can get me the best rates.

Or the lender may want you to shop out your rehab quote to a couple different contractors to make sure that the numbers are accurate.

Ideas as to where you can buy appliances now:-Offerup-Craigslist-eBay-Used appliance shop (especially useful if you're out of town and need delivery)Granted, used fridges can be touch and go but a used range tends to last much longer without  issues.
