The lender says he can’t legally lend on a single family with two kitchens and the owner doesn’t want to convert. 

It needed all new hurricane impact windows (replacing Jalousie) and a new roof, current roof 50+ years old, but the place was beautiful inside with quartz kitchen etc.  

The kitchen appliances left over are bad and are being removed.

House is in excellent condition with an updated kitchen that was not included in the 203k.

After an inspection we replaced the roof, downstairs flooring, upgraded electrical and plumbing, painted kitchen cabinets, glazed kitchen counter and bathroom shower tile, cleaned the remaining carpet, and painted the entire house.

One then gets to choose the ideal exit window when they believe returns will be maximized - hopefully that is sooner rather than later and there is still opportunity in the market to redeploy capital to compound.

Added appliances, added a half bath, changed carpet, changed fixtures, re-tiled bathroom and kitchen, and painted all rooms.

Houses with enough space to park a boat... larger patios with basic outdoor kitchens to clean and cook the days catch.

Hi,The description really says it all, but I'm looking for someone with experience in total rehabs - I need new kitchens, bathrooms, all walls painted, etc. 

I have 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and 4 kitchens to remodel and the floors and walls must also be painted and re done.
