I am hosting a Primer for Real Estate Investing this coming Saturday in Oakville.

I'm currently working a refi with them now they're proposing a 30 year fixed rate product for bundled single-family homes.

We host a BP meet up the last Monday of every month so keep an eye out for our next one!

If you are going to be an active investor and are credit worthy, you could get in to a big deal or bundle several SFH deals.
