For example if I have a 3 million dollar complex and I get 10k a month off of it what benefit is there to keep some of that money tied up when I want access to all of it?

That said I also would love to not sink so much cash into one asset where it will be tied up, both to allow for another investment down the line, and for general security of having more cash accessible.

One reason, other than the ease of access by others to my personal information with a quick search on Georgia Chamber of Commerce is, I would like my tenants to feel that they are receiving late/eviction notices from an outside company.
