Did they finish the job close to the timeline they proposed? 

I have a close friend of mine who is a Tech.

Some background: My husband and I closed on a piece of land in the City of Spartanburg in July with our LLC.

I've only heard this recently in a book I read, and by a closing agent from a title company.

From closing to tenant move in, this deal took nearly 9 months to get up and running.

Interesting.I could see fees for like $300 per showing, then that amount is applied to a 2.5% BB fee at closing.

5 months and at least $40k minimum later she list it at $265k (still laughing) it closes at $245K cause it wouldn't appraise!

He began by plowing for me and then started doing my lawn and then moved to some basic maintenance and now close to 20 years later I basically pay him a monthly salary to do whatever needs to be done.

There is always a deal to be had.Be quick, buy with cash and close quick.Need to up the game with direct mailers again, haven't sent them in a while and with the market shifting it's tougher nowadays.
