My PM sent a plumber down to evaluate it and they estimated the job would cost a minimum of $650 but didn't give me a price ceiling. 

The building has housed various professional businesses over the years and there is a massive amount of wiring that we are pulling out of the walls and ceiling.

Every neighborhood has a ceiling regardless of how nice you make the house. 

Well a week later I get another phone call from the tenants and water was still coming the ceiling in the Kitchen.  

That cost around $1K to fix. 2 of my houses had broken water lines in the ceilings.

That, plus the lack of ceiling fans might turn off some buyers.  

The water affects the ceiling and the main floor going into the basement.
