@Joe Colemen - What is meant with "Grind them Out" is you have to keep looking and a lot of times you have to look in areas that are not as evident that there is hidden value there. 

@Hai LocI’m gonna be honest with you Hai, I had to google that.But, I think you’re right.It’s evident in the argument (mentioned earlier in this thread) with my sister in law (the teacher).The mindset of everyone plugging along at their 9-5ers that they hate.

That is evidence of something being wrong.

My point was, it appears, based on anecdotal evidence (which is the same evidence you provided), that the PM industry, has at a minimum, a perception problem. 

Most here know I am a bit against DMM so I am very biased (but I have solid reasons and evidence that backs up my claims that DMM is just ridiculous).But instead of asking BP if DMM or your idea is good or not, you should do your own analysis.It is like going to a fisherman village and ask if fishing is a good thing, compared to farming or hunting.90%+ of the population here on BP swear by DMM, yet 90%+ of the people here are struggling to find deals/leads.I won't tell you what to do or why you shouldn't do DMM.

I would not use a first or last name as part of the return address except on postcards and there is a trainload of evidence to support this.

Sorry, but there's just too much evidence that those Post Cards hit the circular file without getting read.

Just like you, I use BP for knowledge...this is a controversial topic (as evident by the participation).

Lenders that could do “X” can no longer do “X” when the economy goes a bit crazy and this has certainly been evident since 2020.
