Just discovered the forum after reading Brandon Turner's book on Rental Property Investing and I want to connect with the local community of Montreal, Qc.

Tenants sit on their phone and hit “inquire about this property” 100 times in a day, then never read the info we e-mail them and almost never answer our calls.  

I bought a $140,000 single family home a few years ago to live in and I have been reading real estate books and I am motivated to get started.

Read some books on real estate sales and learn how to negotiate.I just bought a house for $180k and within 30 days sold it for $225k.
