Sometimes it's as simple as talking to them, telling them you will lose the home if they don't pay rent or you won't be able to afford your mom's heart surgery and your younger siblings will be homeless.You can serve them a 3-day Pay or Quit, even if the courts are closed.

Idea with LLCs is as a liability shield since any income gets passed-thru according to the operating agreement.A LLC serves to limit recourse on claims against the property to the LLC assets so  you're not putting the rest of your fortune at risk (hence LLC = limited liability).Think putting everything in ONE LLC defeats their purpose.AM NOT A LAWYER SO DO NOT ACT IN RELIANCE ON WHAT I SAY.
