@Josh Hurles lenders use what the appraisal rental survey says is MARKET rents minus PITI+HOA AND you need reserves of all your total bills plus the subject.

Make sure to find a skip tracing company that has no contract memberships, tiered pricing, excellent customer service, and affiliate referral programs. :)

I'm currently in the beginning  phase (surveys,site plan,ect) so I wanted to ask at what point do i find out what the value after build is?
