Next steps are to finish the window job and handle the tenant situations in a strategic way.

@Jim K.Want to add this.The tenant is allowing to stay her boyfriend in the property who is not in the lease which Is vIolatIng the lease.When asked to include, she is claiming “retaliation”.What is the next steps?.

@Alexander Lang as Brad mentioned, the first step is to first explain what the concern is and whether it causes any issues with TIC or LLC ownership.

Adding to that, unless it's a cash sale, chances drop even further.If seller is selling above market, and you are a cash buyer, why not just bypass that process altogether and show up at the courthouse steps and bid for it?
