Fire damage can be nothing or it can mean rebuilding the entire second floor, roof, etc.

Getting the house rent ready has costed $15k masterbath remodel and $7k for new roof.

After spending 15k and 1 month full time getting their projects ready to sell, I was fired (?!)

An FHA loan 3.5% down isn't going to fund you even if the roof has a minor leak. 

I am about to rip a roof off in EAV  (Atlanta, Georgia) and might need some engineering and architecture help. 

If there are 3-4 people, can financing be pursued for a real estate flip project?
