They just sign the affidavit as one of the 20 signatures at closing using some 10 year old survey that does not show the neighbors beautiful new horse barn that is 3 feet on your property.

@Clayton Crawford My first agent wouldn't make the offers that I wanted, showed me deals that would only make sense as a  primary home (beautiful but overpriced).

Mean while in those 2 years you are fixing the property makeing it beautiful (but make sure you don't over do it check around your area and see how the market is and what you are selling against).
