Hi all,I bought a NPN in WI that has a Radian MI with it. the problem is that i can't find a servicer that is "approved Radian servicer".Peak and FCI are not approved ...Radian can't share their list either due to legal issues.Please help me ...

In California , once you have a replacement tenant, you can't keep charging the previous tenant...in other words, you can earn two rent incomes on one rental property...Now you have it written in the lease.. does it make a diff, I don't know... only a lawyer can tell you...But if you are not out, I would not go for the fight... just move on

No money in it, take an equity position and earn fees.

If I have to put work in to maintain my "return" I think I am earning money running a business rather than receiving a return for an investment.
