In my market the pet friendly units are not nice and I would have just assumed that it was not just the landlords and non-pet owner tenants that realized this.

I have a commercial property where one (unused) entrance is to the back alley, and that entrance is nicely hidden and covered by a little roof.

It may sound nice to pay a 5% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no add-on fees.

I think it would be nice to open to the outside.
