Some of the factors may be road congestion, the supply and demand of the product and nearby product, roadway access to major arteries for work (183 is undergoing massive roadway construction,SH 130), schools, etc.

I’d love to sit down and discuss some strategies and options with somebody who has experience in this arena, the coffee/beer is on me!!

All she wanted was a clean place to live, a comfy La-Z-Boy recliner, and some friends nearby.

You can also go to nearby parks that have park-owned homes and ask how much they charge for rent.
